以某化工总厂生产氯代甲烷的161名工人为观察对象,其中男104人,女57人,工龄1—25年,年龄19—52岁。并以不接触氯代甲烷等有毒物质的该厂74名职工为对照组,其年龄及性别构成与观察组基本相似。采集班后一次尿样用顶空气相色谱法测定尿中甲酸。观察组尿中甲酸含量最大值为52.5mg/L,最小值为1.24mg/L,正常值95%上限值为25.52mg/L。对照组尿中甲酸含量最大值为42.3mg/L,最小值为1.65mg/L,正常值95%上限值为31.
