维生素AD滴剂中添加的维生素E(Vit-E)含量可直接影响其药效和功能,故测定维生素AD滴剂中的Vit-E含量有利于维生素AD滴剂的质量控制;然而,目前婴幼儿用维生素AD滴剂中Vit-E的含量测定尚未见文献报道。2013年4~5月笔者采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定样品中Vit-E的含量,并进行了Vit-E含量测定的方法学研究,旨在为实际应用提供支持。1材料与方法1.1仪器、试剂及待测样品(1)仪器:Waters高效液相色谱仪(配有1525型液相色谱泵和2996型二极管阵列监测器);AL204电子天平(上海梅特勒-托利多有限公司)。(2)试剂:
The vitamin E (Vitamin-E) content in vitamin AD drops can directly affect its efficacy and function, so the determination of Vit-E content in vitamin AD drops is beneficial to the quality control of vitamin AD drops.
