精馏生物柴油的副产物可得到黄色的粗甘油产品。利用椰壳活性炭对粗甘油产品进行脱色过程研究,确定LY-725B型活性炭为最佳脱色剂。其次,选择脱色温度、脱色时间和活性炭用量为响应面优化实验的3个显著因素,利用Minitab软件对粗甘油的脱色过程进行了优化,得到了最佳工艺条件:m(活性炭)/m(粗甘油)=0.022,脱色温度48℃,脱色时间31 min,此时甘油透光率达96.1%,甘油单程回收率为72.6%。
By-products of the rectified biodiesel result in a yellow crude glycerol product. Using coconut shell activated carbon for crude glycerol product bleaching process to determine LY-725B-type activated carbon as the best decolorizing agent. Secondly, the decolorization temperature, the decolorization time and the amount of activated carbon were chosen as the three significant factors in response surface optimization experiments. The optimization of the process of crude glycerin was optimized by Minitab software, and the optimum conditions were obtained: m (activated carbon) / m Glycerol) = 0.022, the decoloration temperature was 48 ℃, the decolorization time was 31 min, the light transmittance of glycerol reached 96.1%, and the recovery rate of glycerol was 72.6%.
