我们采用气相色谱法测定大气环境中的一氧化碳,样气经碳分子筛分离后,于氢气流中,在加热的镍催化剂作用下,使一氧化碳转化为甲烷,用氢火焰离子化检测器测定。以保留时间定性,峰高定量。在分离柱前加碱石棉柱,用以吸收大气中的二氧化碳。本法检出限为0.15mg m~(-3),由于灵敏度高,故采样不需浓缩富集,可直接抽取一毫升样气进样测定。
We use gas chromatography to determine carbon monoxide in the atmosphere. After the sample gas is separated by carbon molecular sieves, carbon monoxide is converted to methane by hydrogen flow in a heated nickel catalyst and measured by a hydrogen flame ionization detector. Qualitative retention time, peak height quantitative. In the separation column plus alkali asbestos column, used to absorb atmospheric carbon dioxide. The detection limit of this method is 0.15mg m ~ (-3). Due to its high sensitivity, the sample does not need to be concentrated and enriched, and one milliliter of sample gas can be directly sampled for injection.
