自改革开放以来,在市场经济引领中国不断发展的过程中,国民经济稳步提高,同时教育领域也得到了不断的更新与发展。但是,由于城乡两地贫富差距依然存在,还是会出现经济条件的两极分化,至使教育的实施质量也出现参差不齐的状况。城市,代表着繁华、先进、多元、时尚;农村,则成为荒避、落后、单一、传统的代名词。音乐教育对于城市与农村来说,都是近几年国家重视教育发展的突出点,但从成效上开看,农村音乐教育的效果较差。

For both cities and rural areas, music education is a prominent point of emphasis on education in recent years. However, from the perspective of effectiveness, rural music education is less effective.
