选取荧光化合物1,5-萘二磺酸,拟将其用于海水循环冷却系统浓缩倍数的跟踪监测,分析了其在纯水中的光谱特性,考察了海水盐度对荧光光谱的影响;另外,采用静态海水阻垢性能试验模拟海水循环冷却系统中温度、盐含量和p H值的变化,综合评价了对1,5-萘二磺酸荧光特性的影响。结果表明,1,5-萘二磺酸的荧光信号稳定,能够有效跟踪监测海水循环冷却系统浓缩倍数的变化。
Fluorescent compound 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid was chosen to be used for tracking and monitoring the concentration multiples of seawater recirculating cooling system. The spectral characteristics of pure 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid in pure water were investigated. The effects of seawater salinity on fluorescence spectra were also investigated. , The effects of temperature, salt content and p H value on seawater circulation cooling system were simulated by the static seawater scale inhibition test. The influence of 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid on the fluorescence characteristics was evaluated. The results showed that the fluorescence signal of 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid was stable and could effectively monitor the changes of the concentration multiples of seawater circulation cooling system.
