随着通信事业的不断发展,通信用户数量也在逐渐增加,机房设备需要逐渐扩容,机房用电负荷逐渐增大。如果在无人值守的机房出现用电超负荷、熔丝卡口不紧、电缆接头松动及端子头压接不严等情况,极易引起某根电缆或者熔丝出现高温,甚至引起机房火灾。本文论述了通过充分利用水性热敏材料特性的方法,以达到排除安全隐患,保障机房的供电安全的目的。
With the continuous development of communications, the number of communication users is also gradually increasing. The equipment needs to be gradually expanded and the load on the equipment room increases. If unattended room overload electricity occurs, the fuse bayonet tight, loose cable connector and the terminal head laxity and other conditions, can easily lead to a cable or fuse high temperature, and even caused the engine room fire. This paper discusses the method of making full use of the properties of water-based thermal materials in order to eliminate the potential safety hazard and ensure the safety of power supply in the equipment room.
