近年来在媒体曝光的消费类问题中,建筑问题是一个及其主要的大商品类消费投诉。随着我国城市建设日益发展的情况下,房屋建筑的渗漏问题及其危害性也越来越多地引起人们的注意。特别是对已经交付使用的建筑物,如果出现渗漏现象,不但恶化了工作和生活环境,而且还将会缩短建筑物的使用寿命。所以,防治渗漏是施工单位的质量控制重点。在房屋建筑工程中,常见的渗漏现象往往出现在屋面、洗手间管道和地面、外墙等部位。

In housing construction, common leaks often appear in the roof, toilet pipes and floors, walls and other parts.
