随着汽车工业的快速发展,汽车维修行业也越来越多,传统的汽车车身维修都是采用焊条电弧焊和气焊,由于其具有焊接电弧温度高、飞溅多、焊后变形大,易烧穿等缺点,所以在轿车上应用越来越少,CO_2焊具有引弧容易、生产效率高、熔敷效率高、抗锈能力强、焊后变形小等特点,广泛应用在汽车等领域。本文针对汽车车身、翼子板、前纵梁等采用的CO_2焊接技术展开详细的研究。
