探讨置入国产Z型自膨式带膜支架，结合其它疗法综合施治重症晚期食管（贲门）癌的疗效。方法：采用内镜法、介入法、混合法、手术法为晚期食管（贲门）癌、食管瘘、吻合口瘘、吻合口癌复发或狭窄共计151例，置入159个支架，继而132例实施放疗、化疗，中药综合施治。结果：疗效满意，明显改善病人生活质量，增强体质，进食困难分级由3．12级降至1．05级，肿瘤缩小2．2～3．4cm，体重增加1～6kg，置入后生存1．5～36个月。结论：置入支架结合综合施治，行之有效，安全可靠，适用于临床，易于推广。
To investigate the efficacy of integrated Z-type self-expandable stent-grafts combined with other therapies for the treatment of advanced advanced esophageal (cardiac cancer). Methods: A total of 151 cases of advanced esophageal (cardia) cancer, esophageal fistula, anastomotic leakage, and recurrent or stricture of anastomotic cancer were treated by endoscopic, interventional, mixed, and surgical methods. 159 stents were implanted, followed by 132 cases. Radiotherapy, chemotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment. Results: Satisfactory results, significantly improve the patient’s quality of life, enhance physical fitness, eating difficulty graded from 3.12 to 1.05 grade, tumor shrinking 2.2 ~ 3.4cm, weight gain 1 ~ 6kg, placed after survival 1 .5 to 36 months. Conclusion: The combination of stent placement and integrated treatment is effective, safe and reliable, suitable for clinical use, and easy to promote.
