在聚合物中少量长支链(LCB)的引入就能显著地提高熔体强度,改善聚合物在拉伸流场中的加工性能,因此LCB的表征在基础研究和工业化应用中显得十分重要。GPC-MALLS和流变学被视为表征LCB最为敏感的方法,近年来受到普遍的关注。总结了利用GPC-MALLS和流变学表征聚合物长支链的机理和研究进展,最后展望了聚合物中长支链表征的发展前景。
The introduction of a small amount of long chain branches (LCB) in the polymer can significantly improve the melt strength and improve the processing performance of the polymer in the stretching flow field. Therefore, the characterization of LCB is very important in the basic research and industrial applications. GPC-MALLS and rheology are considered as the most sensitive methods to characterize LCB, and have received widespread attention in recent years. The mechanism and research progress of GPC-MALLS and rheology in characterizing long chain branches of polymers were summarized. Finally, the development prospect of long chain branches in polymers was prospected.
