我厂硬质合金在使用或管理上有时发生混乱,需要区分开各种硬质合金的牌号。以前曾设想用比重法来鉴别牌号没有得到效果。由于不能进行破坏性分析,要鉴别硬质合金的牌号分析有一定的困难。近来我厂又在某些模具上进行钨-钴二元合金的喷涂,喷涂层厚度0.3毫米左右要求进行钻的粗定量。本文介绍用看谱镜来分析TK及BK两类硬质合金中八种牌号。分析元素及含量范围如下:
