研究了催化流动注射光度法检测制革废水中的亚硝酸盐的新方法。考察了检测波长、反应圈长度、进样体积、流速、显色试剂对实验的影响并确定了最佳实验条件:检测波长为610 nm,反应圈长度为5 m,进样体积为450μL,样品和推动液流速为0.40 mL/min,显色液流速为0.27 mL/min,显色液中孔雀石绿浓度为3.0×10-5mol/L。在优化的流动注射条件下,系统的线性范围为2.0~160.0μg/L,连续16次平行检测的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.79%,检测限为0.3μg/L。该方法可用于皮革废水中痕量亚硝酸盐的检测,加标回收率为97.6~103.4%。
A new method of catalytic flow injection spectrophotometry for the detection of nitrite in tannery wastewaters was studied. The effects of the detection wavelength, the length of the reaction loop, the injection volume, the flow rate and the chromogenic reagent on the experiment were investigated and the optimum experimental conditions were determined: the detection wavelength was 610 nm, the reaction loop length was 5 m, the injection volume was 450 μL, And the promoting liquid flow rate was 0.40 mL / min, the developing liquid flow rate was 0.27 mL / min, and the malachite green concentration in the developing liquid was 3.0 × 10 -5 mol / L. Under the optimized conditions of flow injection, the linear range of the system was 2.0 ~ 160.0μg / L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.79% and the detection limit was 0.3μg / L for 16 consecutive experiments. The method can be used for the determination of trace nitrite in leather waste water with the recoveries of 97.6-103.4%.
