中小民营企业为社会提供了大量的产品和服务,是社会主义的建设者、生力军,起到维护社会稳定的作用。然而我国的中小民营企业自身在发展过程中面临着缺乏核心竞争力、“家族式”管理弊病、人才贫乏与流失、信任危机等困境。因此,加快结构转型和创新,构建现代化的管理模式,优化人才结构以及树立良好的企业形象是中小民营企业解决自身问题的出路。
Small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises provide a large number of products and services to the community, they are the builders and elites of socialism, and play the role of maintaining social stability. However, the small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country are confronted with such difficulties as the lack of core competitiveness, the “family style” management shortcomings, the shortage and loss of qualified personnel, and the crisis of confidence in the development process. Therefore, accelerating structural transformation and innovation, building a modern management mode, optimizing talent structure and establishing a good corporate image are the way out for small and medium private enterprises to solve their own problems.
