近年来调控免疫反应的调节性/抑制性T细胞成为免疫抑制治疗的研究焦点。调节性T细胞包括自然产生的CD4+CD25+T细胞(Trn)、Tr1、Tr2/Th3、类Trn、CD8+CD28-TS等。通常Trn和类Trn诱导非特异性细胞接触依赖的免疫抑制,Tr1和Tr2/Th3诱导抗原特异性的细胞因子依赖的免疫抑制,CD8+CD28-TS是一个独特的MHCⅠ类分子限制性亚群。调节性T细胞亚群在自身免疫性疾病治疗中具有广阔的应用前景,诱生抗原特异性调节性T细胞为自身免疫性疾病的治疗开辟了新途径。
Regulatory / inhibitory T cells that regulate immune responses in recent years become the focus of immunosuppressive therapy. Regulatory T cells include naturally occurring CD4 + CD25 + T cells (Trn), Tr1, Tr2 / Th3, Trn-like, CD8 + CD28-TS and the like. Normally Trn and Trn induce nonspecific cell-contact-dependent immunosuppression. Trl and Tr2 / Th3 induce antigen-specific cytokine-dependent immunosuppression. CD8 + CD28-TS is a unique MHC class I restricted molecule. The regulatory T cell subsets have broad application prospects in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, and the induction of antigen-specific regulatory T cells has opened up new avenues for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
