在1050~1250℃温度范围内,实测了核压力容器用SA508-4N钢在不同保温时间下的奥氏体晶粒尺寸,研究了SA508-4N钢的奥氏体晶粒长大行为。结果表明,随加热温度及保温时间的增加,SA508-4N钢的奥氏体晶粒尺寸长大,温度由1050℃上升到1250℃时,奥氏体晶粒尺寸呈指数增长。由此得到了SA508-4N钢加热过程中,奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸与保温时间关系的Beck方程,建立了奥氏体晶粒尺寸与加热温度和保温时间之间的Sellars模型,并验证了模型的准确性。
The austenite grain size of SA508-4N steel for nuclear pressure vessel under different holding time was measured in the temperature range of 1050 ~ 1250 ℃. The austenite grain growth behavior of SA508-4N steel was studied. The results show that with the increase of heating temperature and holding time, the austenite grain size of SA508-4N steel grows up. When the temperature rises from 1050 ℃ to 1250 ℃, the austenite grain size increases exponentially. The Beck equation of the relationship between the average austenite grain size and the holding time during the heating process of SA508-4N steel was obtained, and the Sellars model between the austenite grain size and the heating temperature and holding time was established. The accuracy of the model.
