近年来,随着邮轮旅游产业“井喷式”发展,邮轮人力资源信息化管理迫在眉睫,建设中国邮轮人力资源信息系统是顺势而为。目前,中国邮轮产业信息化已初步形成一定的信息集群,但是远未建立起一套完善而成熟的邮轮人力资源信息管理体系。本文首先对中国邮轮人力资源信息系统建设现状进行了阐述;其次,对建设中国邮轮人力资源信息的必要性及可行性进行分析;最后,提出了中国邮轮人力资源信息系统的建设内容及思路。 In recent years, with the development of the cruise tourism industry “Spurt ”, the human resources information management of cruise ship is imminent. The construction of China’s cruise ship human resources information system takes advantage of the situation. At present, China’s cruise industry information has initially formed a certain amount of information clusters, but far from establishing a sound and mature system of human resources information management of cruise ships. This article first describes the current situation of China’s cruise human resources information system construction. Secondly, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building China’s cruise human resources information. Finally, it puts forward the construction content and ideas of China’s cruise human resources information system.
