为探讨p53基因缺失在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发病机制中的作用,应用Southern印迹杂交技术检测17例NSCLCp53基因缺失情况,发现7例(41.2%)存在p53基因缺失,发生淋巴结扩散的NSCLC,其p53基因缺失率较高。结果提示p53基因的缺失与NSCLC的发生、发展相关。
To explore the role of deletion of p53 gene in the pathogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), 17 cases of NSCLC p53 gene deletion were detected by Southern blot hybridization. 7 cases (41.2%) had p53 gene deletion and lymph node proliferation. NSCLC has a high deletion rate of p53 gene. The results suggest that the deletion of p53 gene is related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
