99Tc是一种重要的长寿命裂变产物,通常采用97Tc作稀释剂的同位素稀释质谱分析法进行痕量99Tc的分析。自然界不存在97Tc,需人工制备。实验研究了在高通量反应堆上辐照天然Ru粉生产97Tc的生产工艺,并模拟辐照后靶料成分进行了大量条件实验,建立了碱熔-水浸取-沉淀-萃取-阴离子交换的化学分离流程。采用建立的流程完成了从辐照后的靶料中提取97Tc,采用99Tc作稀释剂的同位素稀释质谱分析法对提取出的97Tc进行了标定。采用此法制得了29.56μg97Tc。
99Tc is an important long-lived fission product and is usually analyzed for 99Tc by isotope dilution mass spectrometry using 97Tc as a diluent. 97Tc does not exist in nature, need artificial preparation. Experiments were conducted to study the production process of 97Tc irradiated by natural Ru powder on a high-throughput reactor and a large number of experimental conditions were simulated to simulate the target material after irradiation. An alkali-water leaching-precipitation-extraction-anion exchange Chemical separation process. The 97Tc was extracted from the irradiated target by using the established procedure. The extracted 97Tc was calibrated by isotope dilution mass spectrometry using 99Tc as diluent. Using this method, 29.56 μg of 97Tc was obtained.
