随着社会经济的增长,我国的石油工业有了很大的发展,为了能够更好的提高石油的生产率,就需要对其相关的应用进行进一步的研究。本文主要对带压修井作业的井口设备组成进行简要的阐述,对其管柱弹性弯曲、非弹性弯曲的临界载荷进行分析,对修井作业管柱无支撑临界弯曲的荷载最大压力的计算方式进行研究,并对带压修井作业科学液缸的选择进行论述,以此来不断地促进石油行业生产效率的再次提升。
With the social and economic growth, China’s oil industry has made great development, in order to be able to better improve oil productivity, we need to conduct further research on its related applications. In this paper, the main components of wellhead equipment with pressure-well workover are briefly described. The critical load of elastic bending and inelastic bending of the pipe string is analyzed. The calculation formula of the maximum load of unsupported critical bending of workover column Carry on the research, and discuss the choice of the scientific hydraulic cylinder with pressure workover work, in order to promote the production efficiency of the oil trade to rise again ceaselessly.
