从当前班级授课制的统一授课模式出发,针对教学实践中经常出现的“优等生吃不饱,后进生跟不上”的状况,结合学校特点探索形成了“统分结合”的“三段推进”式分层教学课堂结构模式。在该模式下,作者将学生分为A、B两个组别,对“新授课”和“练习课与复习课”这两类课进行了“引入段、内化段与应用段”的“三段推进”式教学探索,并提出了课堂分层视角的三大优先策略,充分兼顾了A、B两组不同学情的学生的学习状况,让“人人都能得到最大程度的发展”。
