目的通过对远海医疗后送系统进行模拟分析,探讨影响远海救治效率的相关因素。方法采用系统动力学建模的主回路分析、因果关系分析等方法,构建远海医疗后送系统动力学模型。设定海外友好医院承载力为100人/d,选择伤病员单峰型流入系统,峰值分别为500、200、100人/d,对系统进行模拟。结果模拟结果显示,伤病员数量超出海外友好医院承载力时,有较多的伤病员被延期治疗或无法得到救治;在承载力范围之内时,伤病员基本可以得到较好的救治,快速离开救治系统。结论海外友好医院的承载能力是决定系统接纳伤病员数量的重要参数之一。
Objective To simulate and analyze the distant sea medical evacuation system and discuss the relevant factors that affect the efficiency of distant sea rescuing. Methods The system dynamics model of telehealth medical evacuation was constructed by the methods of main circuit analysis and causality analysis of system dynamics modeling. Set the overseas friendly hospital carrying capacity of 100 people / d, the selection of patients with unimodal flow into the system, the peak were 500,200,100 people / d, the system simulation. Results The simulation results showed that when the number of wounded and sick patients exceeded the carrying capacity of overseas friendly hospitals, more wounded and sick persons were delayed or could not be treated. Within the scope of carrying capacity, wounded and sick persons could get better treatment , Quickly leave the rescue system. Conclusion The carrying capacity of overseas friendly hospitals is one of the important parameters that determines the number of patients admitted to the system.
