[目的]探讨中文版职业重复性活动(OCRA)检查表应用于造船行业的信度和效度。[方法]应用OCRA检查表,评估北方某造船厂241名工人因重复性作业导致肌肉骨骼疾患的患病风险。通过分析重测信度、评分者信度和Cronbach’α系数来评价检查表的信度,通过分析区分效度来评价效度。[结果]该检查表的重测信度为0.60,各维度的重测信度值在0.35~0.86之间。评分者信度为0.44,各维度值在0.41~0.76之间。检查表Cronbach’α系数为0.63。恢复时间、频率、用力、姿势和其他因素维度与总表的相关系数分别为0.19、0.44、0.75、0.87、0.84。[结论]应用中文版OCRA检查表测量造船工人肌肉骨骼风险的信效度未达到理想要求,仍需要进一步调整。
[Objective] To explore the reliability and validity of Chinese version of occupational repetitive activity (OCRA) checklist applied to shipbuilding industry. [Method] The OCRA checklist was used to assess the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders due to repetitive tasks in 241 workers in a northern shipyard. The reliability of the checklist was evaluated by analyzing the retest reliability, the reliability of the scorers and the Cronbach’α coefficient, and the validity was evaluated by analyzing the discriminant validity. [Results] The retest reliability of the checklist was 0.60, and the retest reliability of each dimension was between 0.35 and 0.86. The reliability of the scorers was 0.44, and the values of all dimensions ranged from 0.41 to 0.76. Check the table Cronbach’α coefficient of 0.63. Correlation coefficients of recovery time, frequency, force, posture and other factors with the total table were 0.19,0.44,0.75,0.87,0.84 respectively. [Conclusion] The reliability and validity of using the Chinese version of OCRA checklist to measure the musculoskeletal risk of shipbuilders did not meet the ideal requirements and still need further adjustment.
