在计算加热炉烟气露点温度的过程中,确定SO2转化为SO3的转化率是比较关键的一步。通过理论计算和分析文献上的经验数据,说明了反应温度、过剩空气系数、燃料硫含量等因素对转化率的影响。在此基础上,编制了计算烟气露点温度的Excel表格,并与成熟的露点温度线算图结果进行比较,认为此计算表格在工程上可用。
Determining the conversion of SO2 to SO3 is a crucial step in the calculation of the flue gas dew point temperature in the furnace. Through the theoretical calculation and analysis of the empirical data on the literature, the effect of reaction temperature, excess air coefficient, fuel sulfur content and other factors on the conversion rate has been illustrated. On this basis, an Excel spreadsheet for calculating the dew point temperature of flue gas has been prepared and compared with the result of a mature dew point temperature chart, which is considered as an engineering form.
