提高教师队伍的质量是世界各国教育改革的重点。各国教师管理模式主要有三种:公务员,教育公务员及教师专业人员聘用制。目前我国实行的是专业人员聘用制,学术界时有将教师作为公务员来管理的呼声,本文分析了日本教育公务员制度的特点,包括岗位设置、岗位任命、岗位晋级和轮岗制度等方面,探讨了其对我国的启示。
Improving the quality of the teaching staff is the focus of educational reform in all countries in the world. There are mainly three types of teacher management in different countries: civil servants, civil servants in education, and teachers’ professional hires. At present, our country is engaged in the system of employment of professionals, and academics often call for the management of teachers as civil servants.
