艺术是追求百花齐放的门类,作为艺术一份子的水彩画也不例外。与其它艺术形式一样,中国水彩画呈现出多样性的发展趋势,而这多样性最为人们所关注的应该是形式内容的“当代性”。形式内容承载着艺术家的绘画观念,又受制于媒材的运用。媒材在一定程度上决定了技法,技法适应于媒材,技法和媒材又同时服务绘画观念。事实上,艺术家们对形式和内容的完美结合的不断实验和探索,是对当代性的不断诠释。当代性是艺术家想要陈述或反映的个人绘画观念,艺术家选择水彩这一技法性很强的媒材去表达,用自己独特的语言形式去再现、解构和叙述,内容上力求原创性和创造性。
Art is the pursuit of flourishing categories, as a part of watercolor art is no exception. As with other art forms, Chinese watercolor shows a trend of diversity, and most people of this diversity should be concerned with the “contemporary ” of formal content. The formal content carries the artist’s concept of painting and is subject to the use of media. Media to a certain extent, decided the technique, techniques adapted to the media, techniques and media at the same time serve the concept of painting. In fact, the constant experimentation and exploration of the artist’s perfect combination of form and content is an ongoing interpretation of contemporaryity. Contemporary is the concept of personal painting that the artist wants to state or reflect. Artists choose watercolor as a highly technical medium to express, deconstruct and describe in their own unique language. The content strives for originality and creativity.
