工艺美术是人类文明的重要成果,是中华民族五千年传统文化的重要组成部分,发展和繁荣工艺美术行业对丰富人们物质和精神生活、增加就业、促进经济社会发展、密切对外交往、弘扬中华民族优秀文化技艺具有重要意义。为加快推进我省工艺美术行业转型升级,引导工艺美术产业健康发展,推进我省经济文化强省的建设,实现我省工艺美术行业又好又快的科学发展,特制定本规划。一、“十二五”发展回顾(一)主要成就1.规模效益居全国前列。目前,我省工艺美术行业主要包括:琉璃、陶瓷、风筝、地毯、雕塑、草柳编、抽纱刺绣(工艺家纺)、金属工艺品、
