目的 了解中药骨痹丸的抗氟作用。方法 采用随机分组实验方法,观察各实验组动物的血、尿、粪、器官组织的氟含量及血、尿 H O P的含量。结果 A 组动物血、尿、粪的氟含量显著增加( P < 0.05);骨氟含量显著少于 B 组( P < 0.05); A 组尿 H O P 显著低于 B 组( P < 0.01),而与 C 组无显著差异。结论 骨痹丸通过增加氟的排泄,可减轻氟对骨组织的损害,维持骨的基础结构胶原代谢的稳定。
Objective To understand the anti-fluoride effect of Chinese medicine Guju Pills. Methods Randomized grouping experiment was used to observe the fluoride content of blood, urine, feces, and organ tissues and the content of blood and urine H O P in animals of each experimental group. Results The fluoride content in blood, urine and feces of group A animals was significantly increased (P < 0.05); the content of bone fluoride was significantly lower than that of group B (P < 0.05); the urinary H O P in group A was significantly lower than that of group B ( P < 0.01), but not significantly different from group C. Conclusion By increasing the excretion of fluoride, Guju Pills can reduce the damage of bone to the bone tissue and maintain the stability of the collagen metabolism of the basic structure of the bone.
