经闭,是以证状而作病名。《内经》名“不月”,“月事不以时下”;《金匮要略》作“经水闭不利”;现在通称“经闭”。西医则称之为闭经。引起经闭的原因很多,总的不外虚实两大类。虚的多为气血不足,肝肾(或脾肾)两亏;实的多为气滞血淤,寒湿凝滞。这四种病型是比较常见的。另有属虚一类的血枯,属实一类的痰阻和热结,虽不常见,但亦占有一定比例。这里要讲的,并不是上述几个证型,而是在历年诊疗中,通过多次观察和总结,得出“经闭不闭”的特异现象及一些治疗方法,现简介为下。一、临床表现:近30年来,笔者常遇到 The closure is based on the name of the sickness.
