给出了纤维增强复合材料单向板的基本失效模式 ,总结了多向层合板的损伤特征。复合材料层合板中存在四种基本的失效模式 ,即 :基体开裂、分层、纤维断裂及脱粘。上述四种基本失效模式虽然可组合出多种复杂模式 ,但任何复合材料的失效均可分为以“基体控制为主”或以“纤维控制为主”两种。本文还讨论了复合材料中的失效分析方法。目前 ,有关复合材料断裂图像的知识仍是有限的 ,但已引起人们的高度重视。
The basic failure mode of one-way composite board with fiber reinforced materials is given, and the damage characteristics of multidirectional laminated board are summarized. There are four basic failure modes in composite laminates: matrix cracking, delamination, fiber breakage and debonding. Although the above four basic failure modes can be combined into a variety of complex modes, any failure of composite materials can be classified into two types: “matrix-based control” or “fiber-based control.” This article also discusses failure analysis methods in composites. At present, the knowledge about fracture images of composite materials is still limited, but it has drawn great attention.
