本文通过问卷调查和深度访谈获得数据,剖析了珠三角地区装备制造企业高技能人才成长状况及存在的问题。结果表明:薪酬待遇偏低是制约高技能人才队伍建设的社会主因,职业素养欠缺是制约高技能人才队伍发展的个体主因。本文依此给出了当前可行的建议:校企合作、在企业内部培养高端技能人才是现实而可行的路径;同时职业教育要切实加强职业素养的培养;政府层面要在社会制度层面为高技能人才创造适宜的成长环境。
This paper obtains the data through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, analyzes the growth situation and existing problems of the highly skilled personnel in the equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. The result shows that the low salary is the main factor restricting the construction of highly skilled personnel, and the lack of professional accomplishment is the main factor restricting the development of highly qualified personnel. This article gives the current feasible suggestions based on this: the cooperation between school and enterprise is a realistic and feasible way to train high-level skilled personnel in the enterprise; at the same time, vocational education should strengthen the cultivation of professional accomplishment; the government level should be highly skilled in the social system Talent to create a suitable environment for growth.
