聚四氟乙烯树脂(PTFE)是重要的工程塑料之一。它是高结晶度的不熔不溶聚合物,用溶液法研究它的性能和测定其物化参数很困难,因此常用热分析方法——差示扫描量热法(DSC)进行定量测定。对聚四氟乙烯定量分析中最终计算数据的准确性极为重要,然而DSC 测定结果的精度取决于波峰的面积计算。我们利用国产小型电子计算机配合国产差示扫描量热仪,进行了DSC 数据自动化处理的初步尝试。
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is one of the important engineering plastics. It is a high degree of crystallinity of the insoluble polymer insoluble, its performance by solution method and the determination of its physical and chemical parameters is very difficult, so commonly used thermal analysis method - quantitative differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) for quantitative determination. Accuracy of the final calculated data in quantitative analysis of polytetrafluoroethylene is of crucial importance. However, the accuracy of the DSC determination depends on the area of the peak. We use the domestic small-scale computer with the domestic differential scanning calorimeter, DSC data automated processing of the initial attempt.
