为了研究工作面热湿源分布及变化规律,采用单元法对回采工作面风流参数进行了现场测定,利用Surfer8.0软件得到了工作面风流温度、含湿量的分布等值线图和云图。现场测试与分析结果表明:沿工作面倾斜方向风流的温度和湿度逐渐升高,增热和增湿的趋势基本上是同步的。温度参数在沿工作面走向方向靠近采空区位置温度最高,其次为靠近煤壁方向,在工作面中部温度相对最低,变化幅度也最小,基本与巷道风流速度场的分布成反比。湿度参数则由于防尘水的原因在煤壁附近最高,靠近采空区附近较低,巷道中部最小。总体分析工作面后半部分较前半部分的温度和湿度增加梯度稍大。
In order to study the distribution and variation regularity of heat and moisture on working face, the unit method was used to measure the parameters of wind flow in working face. The contour map and cloud chart of the airflow and moisture content of working face were obtained by Surfer8.0 software. The field test and analysis results show that the temperature and humidity of the wind flow along the working face are gradually increased, and the trend of heating and humidification is basically synchronous. The temperature is the highest near the goaf along the working face and the next is the coal wall. The temperature in the middle part of the working face is the lowest, and the change range is also the smallest, which is basically inversely proportional to the distribution of velocity field in the roadway. The humidity parameter is highest near the coal wall due to dust-proof water, lower near the goaf, and the smallest in the central part of the roadway. The second half of the overall analysis of the work surface is slightly larger than the temperature and humidity increase gradient of the first half.
