本文对常压下淹没自振空化水射流进行了试验研究,着重研究了风琴管空化喷嘴的冲蚀效果及其影响因素。对自振空化喷嘴的结构关系和设计模式进行了理论推导,并用半理论的方法对风琴管空化喷嘴和脉冲空化喷嘴进行了设计。用风琴管空化喷嘴、脉冲空化喷嘴和锥形喷嘴做了不同喷距时的冲蚀人造砂岩试验,得出了喷距影响规律。研究结果表明,自振空化喷嘴的冲蚀效果明显优于锥形喷嘴。在此基础上,通过对常压下风琴管空化喷嘴的冲蚀效果及其影响因素的研究,得出了一些规律性结果,为喷嘴优化设计提供了依据,使自振空化射流在工业上得到了广泛的应用。
In this paper, atmospheric pressure submerged spontaneous cavitation water jet experiments were carried out, focusing on the erosion of the organ tube cavitation nozzle impact and its influencing factors. The structural relationship and design mode of self-resonant cavitating nozzle were theoretically deduced. The design of organ pipe cavitating nozzle and pulse cavitating nozzle was also carried out by semi-theoretical method. Erosion of artificial sandstone made by organ cavitation nozzle, pulsed cavitation nozzle and conical nozzle with different spraying distance was tested, and the influence rule of spraying distance was obtained. The results show that the erosion effect of self-resonant cavitation nozzle is obviously better than that of conical nozzle. On this basis, through the study of the erosion effect and the influencing factors of the organic tube cavitation nozzle under atmospheric pressure, some regularity results are obtained, which provide the basis for the optimal nozzle design and make the self-resonant cavitation jet flow in the industrial Get a wide range of applications.
