In this paper, we compared the two technologies in terms of lining, grinding media and properties, and also discussed the energy consumption of self-grinding and semi-self-grinding respectively, as well as the dissociation of ore by the above two grinding technologies, the size of discharge Distribution and cyclic loading and mill capacity. The second and third stages of the Bong concentrator mill use ball mills of different sizes, and the shell of the ball mills and the mine end linings have a unique design. This article also details the development of linings, the consumption of grinding media made with different materials, and the experience of liner consumption. In the Fabrica concentrator, in addition to producing sinter ore, Jones wet magnetic concentrators are also used to produce magnetic concentrates. This concentrate must be ground before the pellet. For this purpose, ball mills of the same size and design as the Bong mines have been installed. This article discusses in detail production results and performance data.
