以南瓜自交系494、277与黄瓜自交系1184、1101为砧木,以黄瓜1184、1101为接穗,研究比较了南瓜/黄瓜、黄瓜/黄瓜6种砧穗组合下嫁接黄瓜果皮、果肉与叶片等部位的硅含量以及果面明度差变化。结果表明:砧木277嫁接2种黄瓜接穗各部位的硅含量显著降低,其中多蜡粉接穗(1184)的果面明度差显著低于自根对照(1184),少蜡粉接穗(1101)的果面明度差与自根对照(1101)无差异;砧木494嫁接2种黄瓜接穗各部位硅含量无明显增加,其中多蜡粉接穗(1184)的果面明度差增加不显著,少蜡粉接穗(1101)的果面明度差相比自根对照(1101)显著增加;开花后5d与10d的果肉硅含量相对开花当天的有显著增加,果皮硅含量在不同时期变化不显著;果面蜡粉差异显著的2份黄瓜接穗果皮与果肉硅含量差异不显著。
