采用酶解方法分离K326、红花大金元、云烟87、云烟202、K346中部适熟叶栅栏组织和海绵组织,然后用气相色谱分析鉴定非挥发性有机酸,用分光光度计法分析质体色素、糖类及烟碱。结果表明多元有机酸、烟碱在海绵组织中含量较高,高级脂肪酸、质体色素、糖在栅栏组织中含量较高。栅栏组织化学成分差异:总非挥发性有机酸含量排序是红大>K326>K346>云87>云202;总叶绿素和总类胡萝卜素都是红大最高;总糖是红大>K346>云87>云202>K326;烟碱是K326>云87>K346>红大>云202。海绵组织化学成分:总非挥发性有机酸是红大>K326>K346>云87>云202;总叶绿素和总类胡萝卜素也是红大最高;总糖是红大>K326>云202>云87>K346;烟碱是K326>K346>云202>云87>红大。
Enzymatic hydrolysis was used to separate palisade tissue and spongy tissue of K326, Honghua Daikin, Yunyan87, Yunyan202 and K346, and then identified non-volatile organic acids by gas chromatography and analyzed by spectrophotometer Pigments, sugars and nicotine.
