实时暂态稳定分析需要有快速暂态稳定性判据,为此,对系统振荡联络断面特征信息进行分析并研究了特征信息的变化趋势与系统稳定性的关系。基于相量测量单元(Phasor measurement unit,PMU)量测数据(如发电机功角、母线电压相量、联络线有功功率及母线频率)设计了一种实时暂态功角失稳判据。该判据能充分考虑暂态过程中系统非线性特性的影响,仅使用从实时更新的海量PMU数据中提取出的关键特征信息,与电网模型参数、系统运行工况无关,物理意义明确,计算速度快,且使用简单。仿真结果表明,运用此判据可快速准确地判别暂态功角失稳。“,”Real-time transient stability analysis requires fast transient instability criterion, so this paper analyzed the characteristic of physical variables on tie lines in oscillation centre and studied the relationship between variables and power system stability. Phasor measurement unit (PMU) data, such as the generator rotor angle measurements, bus voltage phasor measurements, tie-line power measurements and frequency measurements, was applied to design a real-time transient instability criterion. This criterion can take full consideration of the non-linear characteristic of power systems. It only needs the crucial measurements extracted from the huge number of PMU data updated timely, independent of the network parameters and system operation conditions. Moreover, the criterion has clear physical meaning and fast calculation speed, and is simple to use. Simulation results show that the criterion can quickly and correctly identify transient angle stability.
