在双语国际经济法课程中,完善案例教学法可以提高学生的专业英语能力,帮助学生掌握运用国际贸易规则。目前双语国际经济法课程中案例教学法的实施现状存在四个问题:案例教学法的理念相对落后、案例教学的方法比较局限、案例的来源和构成尚需进一步完善、英语的比例偏低。因此需要从三方面入手进行改革:第一,丰富案例教学的实施方法;第二,提高教学案例的质量;第三,提高英语的比重。
In bilingual international economic law courses, improving the case teaching method can improve students’ professional English ability and help students master the use of international trade rules. At present, there are four problems in the implementation of case teaching method in bilingual international economic law courses: the concept of case teaching method is relatively backward, the method of case teaching is more limited, the source and composition of cases still need to be further improved, and the proportion of English is low. Therefore, it is necessary to reform from three aspects: first, to enrich the implementation of case teaching; second, to improve the quality of teaching cases; third, to increase the proportion of English.
