一、从“实”出发,设计教学流程。现在进行小学语文课堂有效性研究,本身就体现了从“实”出发。语文有效教学应在课堂实施中求真实、求朴实、求扎实,体现一种实事求是的指导思想和实实在在的教学作风。这里的“实”还应体现在教师教学前需结合实际的教育、教学环境,结合班情、学情进行教学设计。教学设计是提高语文课堂有效性的前提。二、扎实学习,领会教学目标。注重学习,把握并落实好教学目标是实
