显微近红外成像技术将成像技术和光谱分析技术相结合,不仅可以获取样品的光谱信息,而且还可以获取样品的空间分布信息,这是传统的近红外光谱分析所无法比拟的。本文以外观及近红外光谱极为相似的2种塑料材料为研究对象,采用显微近红外成像系统采集了并排放置的2种塑料材料的显微近红外图像,研究了2种塑料材料的成像方法。研究结果表明,在5910cm-1附近,2种材料的近红外光谱具有细微差别。采用化学成像方法可以分别得到材料I和材料Ⅱ清晰的成像图。本研究为显微近红外成像分辨不同材料的成像方法以及农产品、食品包装材料安全性的快速判别提供了一定的参考。
The combination of imaging technology and spectral analysis technology can not only acquire the spectral information of the sample, but also obtain the spatial distribution information of the sample, which is unmatched by the traditional near-infrared spectroscopy. In this paper, two kinds of plastic materials with similar appearance and near-infrared spectroscopy were selected as the research objects. The microscopic near infrared imaging system was used to collect the microscopic near infrared images of two kinds of plastic materials placed side by side. The imaging methods of two kinds of plastic materials . The results show that near 5910cm-1, the near infrared spectra of the two materials are slightly different. Using chemical imaging method can be a clear image of material I and material II were obtained. This study provides a reference for the imaging method of distinguishing different materials by using micro-NIR imaging and the rapid identification of the safety of agricultural products and food packaging materials.
