以大型汽轮发电机故障状态分析及诊断理论、方法为基础 ,利用并完善了发电机原有的数据采集系统 ,同时搜集了大量发电机故障诊断经验及实例并加以整理和提炼 ,形成发电机故障诊断系统知识库 ,然后利用发电机的历史数据、在线监测数据及环境数据等信息对汽轮发电机异常运行状态作出诊断。在此基础上 ,设计开发了大型汽轮发电机状态监测与故障诊断系统 ,并把它应用于山东十里泉电厂 7号QFSN - 30 0 - 2型汽轮发电机。
