目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)在位内膜中的神经纤维蛋白基因产物9.5(protein gene product 9.5,PGP9.5)及腹腔液白介素(IL)-6的表达及与EMs疼痛的关系。方法:选取住院行腹腔镜手术的EMs患者60例,分为无痛组27例[视觉模拟法(VAS)评分为0]和疼痛组33例(VAS评分>0),其中疼痛组分为轻度疼痛9例,中度疼痛10例,重度疼痛14例。并与同期行腹腔镜手术的35例子宫肌瘤患者(子宫肌瘤组)进行对比研究。通过检测EMs组和子宫肌瘤组患者腹腔液IL-6及在位子宫内膜PGP9.5,进行疼痛相关性分析。结果:腹腔液IL-6含量EMs组显著高于子宫肌瘤组(P<0.01);其中EMs患者中疼痛组高于无痛组(P<0.01),重度疼痛组高于轻、中度疼痛组(P<0.05),PGP9.5阳性率表达EMs组显著高于子宫肌瘤组(P<0.01),其中EMs患者中疼痛组高于无痛组(P<0.01)。结论:EMs疼痛与腹腔液IL-6及子宫在位内膜PGP9.5的含量有一定的关联性,两者可能是EMs患者的疼痛原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of protein gene product 9.5 (PGP9.5) and peritoneal fluid interleukin (IL) -6 in eutopic endometrium of endometriosis (EMs) The relationship between pain. Methods: Sixty patients with EMs who underwent laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups: painless group (27 cases), visual analogue (VAS) score of 0 and pain group of 33 (VAS score> 0) 9 cases of degree pain, 10 cases of moderate pain and 14 cases of severe pain. And compared with 35 cases of uterine fibroids (uterine fibroids) undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the same period. Through the detection of EMs and uterine fibroids in patients with peritoneal fluid IL-6 and in situ endometrial PGP9.5 pain correlation analysis. Results: The levels of IL-6 in peritoneal fluid in EMs group were significantly higher than those in uterine fibroids group (P <0.01). The pain scores of EMs patients were higher than those of painless patients (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The positive rate of PGP9.5 expression in EMs group was significantly higher than that in uterine fibroids group (P <0.01). The pain group in EMs group was higher than that in painless group (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: There is a correlation between the pain of EMs and the content of IL-6 in peritoneal fluid and the level of endometrial PGP9.5 in the uterus, both of which may be one of the causes of pain in EMs.
