目的:探究符合线路18F-FDG代谢显像在肿瘤诊断当中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2015年6月至2016年6月在我院行符合线路18F-FDG代谢显像检查的43例疑似肺部肿瘤的患者的临床资料,根据病理诊断结果对比分析良性、恶性肿瘤患者符合线路18F-FDG代谢显像特点,分析其在肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。结果:良性、恶性肿瘤患者的肿瘤/肌肉(T/N)、肿瘤/肝脏(T/L)比值差异显著,(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:符合线路18F-FDG代谢显像应用于肿瘤诊断当中有助于准确的判断肿瘤的性质,值得推广运用。
Objective: To explore the value of line 18F-FDG metabolic imaging in the diagnosis of tumors. Methods: The clinical data of 43 patients with suspected lung tumors who underwent 18F-FDG imaging examination in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients with benign and malignant tumors were analyzed according to the results of pathological diagnosis In line with 18F-FDG imaging features of imaging, analysis of its value in the diagnosis of cancer. Results: The ratio of tumor / muscle (T / N) and tumor / liver (T / L) in benign and malignant tumors was significantly different (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: It is worth to popularize the application of 18F-FDG imaging in line with the diagnosis of tumors to help accurately determine the nature of the tumor.
