英语教学中,每位教师所教学生中都会存在一些学习困难的学生。其中,有智力型学困生,也有非智力型学困生。绝大多数学困生不是天生就固有的,而是由后天学习中某些非智力因素导致的。因此,针对学困生的关键是应根据学生的心理特征和英语教学规律“对症下药”。同时,我们教师的内心,对学困生的“雪中送炭”比对学优生的“锦上添花”更能体现教学素质和水平的理念。
In English teaching, there are some students with learning disabilities in each teacher’s teaching. Among them, there are students with intellectual difficulties, there are non-intelligent students with learning difficulties. The vast majority of students who are not born by nature are inherently innate, but are caused by certain non-intellectual factors in acquired learning. Therefore, the key for students with learning difficulties should be based on the psychological characteristics of students and English teaching law . In the meantime, our teacher’s heart is better at reflecting the teaching quality and level of students who are less able to learn better than their counterparts in higher education.
