目的:研究安息香的抗炎、解热作用。方法:应用2,4-二硝基酚、内毒素所致大鼠发热模型观察安息香的解热作用,应用醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进模型观察安息香的抗炎作用。结果:安息香醇提物2.5、5、10g/kg可降低内毒素或2,4-二硝基酚所致大鼠体温的升高,安息香醇提物2.5、5、10g/kg剂量对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进均有抑制作用。结论:安息香具有抗炎、解热作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect of benzoin. Methods: The antipyretic effect of benzoin was observed by using 2,4-dinitrophenol and endotoxin-induced fever model in rats. The anti-inflammatory effect of benzoin was observed by acetic acid-induced hypersensitivity model of peritoneal capillary permeability in mice. Results: Benzoin alcohol extract 2.5, 5, 10 g / kg can reduce endotoxin or 2,4-dinitrophenol-induced increase in body temperature in rats, benzoin alcohol extract 2.5,5,10 g / kg dose of acetic acid Mice induced by peritoneal capillary permeability were inhibited. Conclusion: Benzoin has anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
