目的了解广东省江门市淡水产品中香港海鸥菌污染的状况。方法于2010年7—8月共采集江门市3家农贸市场6个不同品种的淡水产品共计161份进行检测,检样接种改良头孢派酮MacConkey琼脂(CMA)平板培养分离可疑菌株,经革兰染色、生化实验、特异性片段PCR扩增进行香港海鸥菌的鉴定,并选取5株进行了16SrRNA基因序列测定和比对分析。结果 161份检样中共检出香港海鸥菌20株,总阳性率为8.05%(20/161),其中香港海鸥菌在草鱼的阳性率为30.1%(19/63),5只虎纹蛙中检出1只阳性。结论江门市淡水产品中存在香港海鸥菌的污染,草鱼和蛙类可能是污染的重要来源,应加强监测和预警。
Objective To understand the pollution of seagull in Hong Kong from freshwater products in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. Methods A total of 161 freshwater products of 6 different varieties from 3 farmer’s markets in Jiangmen City were collected from July to August of 2010 for testing. Samples were inoculated with modified MacConkey agar (CMA) Stained, biochemical experiments, and specific fragment PCR amplification were performed to identify the species of seagull in Hong Kong. Five strains were selected for 16S rRNA gene sequencing and alignment analysis. Results A total of 20 strains of seagull were detected in 161 samples, with a total positive rate of 8.05% (20/161). The positive rate of seagrass in Hong Kong was 30.1% (19/63) One positive was detected. Conclusions The freshwater products in Jiangmen are contaminated by the seagull bacteria in Hong Kong. Grass carp and frogs may be important sources of pollution. Monitoring and early warning should be strengthened.
