利用高温高湿人工加速老化的方法,模拟3个小麦品种种子的自然老化过程。试验结果表明,小麦种子在老化过程中,发芽率、硬度、吸水率、面团稳定时间等指标都呈整体下降趋势,种子老化对小麦形态品质、加工品质和营养品质都产生了不同程度的影响。小麦种子活力与品质性状的相关性分析结果表明,种子活力与吸水率、面团稳定时间、硬度等指标之间有较强的正相关性。
The natural aging process of seeds of three wheat varieties was simulated by artificial accelerated aging at high temperature and high humidity. The results showed that the germination rate, hardness, water absorption, dough stability and other indicators of wheat seedling all showed an overall decreasing trend during the aging process. Seed aging had different effects on wheat morphological quality, processing quality and nutritional quality. The correlation analysis between wheat seed vigor and quality traits showed that there was a strong positive correlation between seed vigor and water absorption, dough stability time and hardness.
