目的规范门诊处方质量,减少临床用药风险。方法随机从医院2014年1~8月门诊处方中,抽取10位医师每人每月20张处方,累计1600张处方进行点评分析。结果不合理处方有237张(占抽查处方总数的14.81%),其中书写不规范处方有125张(占不合理处方总数52.74%),以处方诊断书写不全居首位,占27.43%;不合理用药处方有112张(占不合理处方总数47.26%),以选药不合理及用法用量不适宜最突出,分别占13.50%和13.08%。结论医院门诊处方的规范性及用药合理性有待改进和提高。
Objective To standardize the quality of outpatient prescriptions and reduce the risk of clinical medication. Methods Randomly from the hospital from January to August 2014 outpatient prescriptions, 10 physicians per month 20 prescriptions, a total of 1600 prescriptions for comment analysis. There were 237 unreasonable prescriptions (accounting for 14.81% of the total number of randomized prescriptions), of which 125 were non-standard prescriptions (accounting for 52.74% of the total number of unreasonable prescriptions), and 27.43% There were 112 prescriptions (accounting for 47.26% of the total number of unreasonable prescriptions), which were the most prominent among them, which were the unreasonable of drug selection and the unfit usage, accounting for 13.50% and 13.08% respectively. Conclusion The normativeness and medication rationality of outpatient prescription need to be improved and improved.
