某电站凝结水泵泵轴联接卡环近期频繁发生断裂事故。通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相分析、硬度检验以及电镜断口分析查找联接卡环断裂失效原因。综合设备运行工况及各项检验结果,认为该水泵联接卡环材料热处理效果不佳影响承载能力,并且由于水泵运行工况恶劣产生疲劳载荷,最终在应力集中部位发生疲劳断裂。
